Note that, due to a surge in shopping activity, our delivery partners may experience delays in processing and delivering your orders.

Also, please note that if your order was placed within a few days, it may not be reflected in the tracking yet. This does not mean that there is a problem or that your order has not been shipped. We ship all orders within 24-72 hours of order completion. However, since we use a 3rd party tracking website, it may take a few days for the shipping information to be updated in the online tracking system.
